Private Bar Options

Private Bar Package 1: Guest pay for their own drinks. Bar attendant will be provided for $75 per hour for a minimum of 5 hours. (Only available with food packages)

Private Bar Package 2: $1000 Bar tab. Includes FREE Bar attendant, FREE Room hire, NO Food commitments required.



There is a basic in house sound system that you can plug in to with a music device.

Club Light & Sound packages available for hire. Price on aplication

We can provide Karaoke, DJ’s, acoustic artists & bands. Price on application.


Room Hire fee’s

Session 1: 11am-4pm $50

Session 2: 5:30pm-2am $100

Session 1 & 2: 11am – 2am $125

FREE room hire & FREE bar attendant with “Private Bar Package 2”




Terms & Conditions:
1. A 25% non refundable deposit will be required to secure your booking. All funds must be finalised 10 business days prior to your event.
2. For certain events you maybe required to have a security guard. This will cost $45 per hour for the period of your event. This will be 
assessed by the functions manager and is not negotiable.
3. Minimum bookings of 30 people, Maximum of 80 people.
4. If you book session 1 & 2, Bar attendants will only be available from 12pm-3:30pm & 5:30-2am. If Different times are required then we can 
discuss alternative options.
5. As a part of our policy to eliminate the potential risk of the illegal supplying of alcohol, we DO NOT accept 18th or 19th Birthday parties 
as a private function in the underground function room.
6. Due to security reasons we will not accept any underage functions.
7. If a function is booked that breaches our terms and conditions, the booking will be cancelled.
